ANPES (Association Nationale de Parents d’Enfants Sourds) was founded in 1995 by parents mobilized to defend the right to bilingual education (French / LSF) for deaf children in France, following the adoption of law 91-73 guaranteeing this free choice.
The website reflects this commitment, presenting the history of the association, as well as useful resources and information to support families and promote bilingual education. The aim is to offer a clear, accessible and unifying space.
