This policy explains how Studio Pi (hereinafter “we”) collects and processes your personal data when you visit the piboox.com website and when you contact us via our form. It complies with the RGPD and the recommendations of the CNIL.

2) Scope of this policy
The piboox.com website is a design agency showcase (website creation, logos, visual identity).
This site does not offer online sales, user accounts or customer areas. Contact is only possible via a form.
3) What data do we collect?
3.1. Data you send us via the contact form
- Name
- E-mail address
- Subject
- Message
- Budget (indicative)
- Phone number
- Company / Association
These fields are used to process your request (estimate, question, project, partnership).
3.2. Data collected automatically during browsing
- Technical information (IP address*, browser type/versions, operating system, language, referrer URL),
- Consultation data (page views, events, visit duration, navigation paths),
- Cookies (see § 9).
* The IP address is anonymized before statistical processing when Google Analytics is activated (see § 9.3).

We do not carry out unsolicited commercial canvassing of individuals via this site. No automated decisions with legal effects are taken.
5) Recipients and subcontractors
Your data is processed by authorized Studio Pi in-house teams. We may use service providers (hosting, e-mailing, analytical tools) acting in accordance with our contractual instructions and offering RGPD-compliant security guarantees.
We do not sell your data or pass it on to commercial partners for direct marketing purposes.
6) Transfers outside the EU
The use of Google Analytics (Google LLC) may involve the transfer of data to the USA. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional measures (anonymized IP, minimization). Analytics is only activated with your consent via the cookies banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

Periods may be extended in the event of litigation or legal obligation.
8) Your rights
In accordance with the RGPD, you have the rights: of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, as well as the right to portability and withdrawal of consent at any time (for processing based on consent).
You can exercise your rights by writing to us at pro@piboox.com. We may ask you for proof of identity in case of reasonable doubt.
If you feel that your rights have not been respected, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
9) Cookies and tracers
9.1. Consent banner
On your first visit, a banner will inform you and offer you the option ofaccepting, refusing or configuring non-essential cookies. No Analytics cookies are deposited without your consent. You can modify your choice at any time (“Manage my cookies” link at foot of page).
9.2. Types of cookies used
- Strictly necessary cookies (technical/functional): essential for site operation (load balancing, saving cookie settings, security, navigation). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Audience measurement cookies(Google Analytics 4): anonymized statistics (page views, events, paths), activated only with your consent.
No third-party advertising cookies are placed by Studio Pi via piboox.com.
9.3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and Consent Mode where relevant. Data may be transferred to the USA (see § 6). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie management module.

Names and durations may vary according to implementation; the duration in France for Analytics is limited to a maximum of 13 months for tracers subject to consent.
9.5. Setup / opposition

(Warning: some functions may no longer be available).
10) Safety
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption of exchanges, access control, authorization management, backups, logging and regular updates.
11) Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to external sites (social networks, portfolios, resources). We have no control over their privacy policies; we invite you to consult them directly.
12) Policy update
We may modify this policy to take account of legal or technical developments. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date of update. In the event of a major change, we may inform you by means of a notice on the site.
